Course: Outlook Part 2
Now that you have a the fundamentals down in Outlook, it is time to push it further.
Target Student: This course builds upon the foundational knowledge presented in the Part 1 course and will help start you down the road to work with other aspects of Outlook to keep you organized.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, the learner will be able to use the Journal folder to keep track of important entries, Public folders to share information with others, Personal & Private folders to keep information confidential, Notes to help remind and organize, manage your mailbox including creating custom views, handling junk, categorizing and mailbox cleanup. Additionally, the learner will be able to use shortcuts, set up additional profiles and assign delegates who can manage Outlook items on their behalf.
Prerequisites: Familiarity using a personal computer including a mouse and keyboard, comfort working in the Windows environment, and Microsoft Outlook Part 1, or equivalent knowledge.
