Data visualization refers to the process of using Excel to examine and interpret large datasets b applying various functions and tools to identify patterns and trends. The findings are then communicated by visually representing the data through charts and graphs.

Prerequisites: Familiarity using a personal computer including a mouse and keyboard, comfort working in the Windows environment, and Microsoft Excel Parts 1, and 2 or equivalent knowledge. The learner should have a fundamental understanding of Excel including how to construct formulas and functions.
