Future-proof yourself and your workforce.
The fear or dislike of technology tools can be intimidating in your day-to day life - from learning how to use your new cell phone to figuring out how to self-checkout at the grocery store.
In the workplace, using digital skills to communicate, collaborate, enhance productivity and present data findings to an audience - isn’t optional. Digital skills are defined as the ability to find, evaluate, use, share, and create content using digital devices, such as computers and smartphones. Digital skills include computer software and applications, basic digital literacy, digital devices, video conferencing, research, cloud computing, cybersecurity best practices, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and Business Intelligence (BI) and much more.
Regardless of the field in which you work, developing general technological abilities and robust digital skills will allow you to adapt faster, simplify and organize processes and are essential to a future-ready workforce. Even entry level positions will need such skills as data entry, secure information processing, email composition, and basic computer literacy.
With consistent advancements in technology, many people are concerned about being left behind or even losing their jobs or having them replaced by machine learning.
But what if you were committed to embracing technology? You adopt a growth mindset. It becomes part of your organization’s learning culture. With strategic opportunities to practice in real world situations to use technology in an open-minded way.
Don’t let the complexity of technology mess with your confidence or stand in the way of you or your team meeting the demands of the future. Today’s workforce simply cannot rely on machine learning alone. The human element is still essential. Are you equipped to be part of the digital workforce?

Onsite or Online
It depends on a few factors.
Do you live within driving distance of Western New York and find that a day away from your desk would help you focus? We have a training facility in the area. Or maybe you need a bit more support and prefer to be in-person, with the camaraderie of other students and an instructor right beside you?
Onsite training, sometimes called in-person, may be a good option for you. We can bring the training to you or you can visit us at our state-of-art training facility located just south of the city of Buffalo, NY.
Do you work remotely or outside of our area, but somewhere in the United States? Do you prefer being able to take your session in the comfort of our home or office?
If so, Online Training, sometimes called remote or virtual, might make the most sense. It’s convenient and can be taken anywhere you have a computer and internet access.
Both modalities feature LIVE, instructor-led training, with hands-on practice.
If you are still unsure about your next step, connect with us and we will help you discover the solution that is perfect for you and your team.
