Workshop: Teams Fundamentals

Learning how to use Teams is beneficial because:

• it is a widely used collaboration platform that allows for efficient communication, file sharing, meeting organization, and integration with other Microsoft Office applications

Target Student: Anyone who is a business user or knowledge worker in a variety of roles and fields who would like to improve communication, enhance collaboration, streamline meetings and have flexibility for remote work. The workshop is designed to provide a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be built upon.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this workshop, the learner will become more proficient sending and receiving messages using Teams, collaborate with people effectively and be able to configure their Teams environment.

Prerequisites: Familiarity using a personal computer including a mouse and keyboard, comfort working in the Windows environment.
